Raised in Great Barrington, Deisy is Railroad Street's South Berkshire Community Health Coalition Coordinator. As a past co-chair of the Health Coalition, Deisy is passionate about working to support and educate the community in her new role. She has been a past Samya Rose Stumo Youth Leadership nominee for Berkshire Nonprofit Awards and, in 2023, received an Excellence award from the Massachusetts Black and Latino Caucus. She is also currently working to obtain her B.A. in Psychology. She enjoys swimming, traveling, dancing, and reading in her free time.
