The Railroad Street Apprenticeship Program currently offers:
* School-day individual internship placements
* The after school Culinary Arts Program, Levels 1 and 2 in conjunction with the Red Lion Inn and John Andrews Restaurant
* The after school Cosmetology 101 course at Michele's Salon and Day Spa, Studio Day Spa, and Barbering at Sim's Barber Shop in Great Barrington
* An international business apprenticeship at a farm in Montevideo, Uruguay
* Individual apprenticeship with SoCo Creamery
* Workshops with Hancock Shaker Village on composting, seed starting, and building a greenhouse from recycled plastics.
RSYP's Mentoring Program matches youth ages 14-25 with adults ages 21 and up in the South Berkshire community for one-on-one mentoring and relationship building. It was the first mentoring program in the area, and it has grown from 7 matches in 2005 to 21 in 2009.
RSYP offers education and networking opportunities for local youth to become involved with the United Nations by visiting the UN headquarters in New York for conferences, weekly NGO briefings and special exhibits.
